ÖKO Face Fitness is an anti-aging facial exercise method founded by facialist Mari Lakspere which is now available at the Beauty Spa at FAUCHON L'Hôtel Paris to offer an exceptional holistic beauty experience in the heart of Paris.

For the first time, facialist Mari Lakspere, founder of the ÖKO Face Fitness method, offers personalized appointments at the FAUCHON L'Hôtel Paris Beauty Spa to share her tailor-made beauty routine with both women and men who seek a younger appearance.

It was during a masterclass in one of the emblematic suites overlooking the Madeleine at FAUCHON L'Hôtel Paris that the ÖKO Face Fitness brand was born in 2019. PRIVATE SESSION OF FACE FITNESS & FACIAL SELF-MASSAGE 60 minutes, 188€

A tailor-made session to practice the anti-aging facial gym and build your own personalized routine alongside Mari Lakspere. Gaining shape and firmness, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, deflating puffiness or plumping lips: this personalized appointment adapts to the expectations of each client. The one-hour session includes a diagnosis of the areas to be remodeled and coaching to learn the facial exercises and self-massages to practice regularly.

It is recommended clients take two to three one-hour classes to evolve the practice with intensive exercises and obtain visible lifting and rejuvenation results from the first month.

FACIAL TAPING 30 minutes, 108€

The innovative technique of taping consists of applying adhesive strips or "tapes" to specific areas of the face, which are left on for one or more hours for a radiant complexion and naturally lifted features. This tailor-made method, unique in France, adapts to each area of the face: relaxation of the jaw, lifting of the forehead or cheekbones, reduction of nasolabial folds, lifting of the lips, etc. It smooths fine lines and also relieves accumulated tensions for an intense feeling of relaxation.

This technique, made up of gentle and slow exercises suitable for everyone, makes it possible to reduce all the disorders related to fluid circulation problems: elimination of water retention in the body and toxins. The session includes a sequence of targeted exercises on the arms and legs as well as massages to facilitate the circulation of fluids.
